Our Mission Statement

At the Blue River Park District, we are dedicated to revitalizing and enhancing our community by creating a vibrant destination in the McKenzie River Valley. Our aim is to foster a renewed sense of connection where both locals and visitors can revel in the area's splendor and delight.

Grant Progress and Opportunities

We are excited to share that we are currently in phase 3 of the PIERS (Planning, Infrastructure, Economic, Revitalization) grant process. This OHCS grant is instrumental in helping our community rebuild after the fire. Additionally, we have been in contact with the Ford Family Foundation to explore further funding opportunities. We have been given a grant from Lane County Parks to install a permanent restroom. Construction will start as soon as we get the bid process finished.
